Seriously who would have known it would be so hard to get these little girls to take a picture? Alilia just refused to open her eyes and looks like she is getting rough housed even though Tatiana was so sweet and gentle with her.

I must be posing like this too often because it seems to be rubbing off. I also put my leg behind my head all the time. (Kidding)

Que the Rocky music. It is starting today! I am dead serious about losing some weight and getting this butt in shape. I am joining Weight Watchers today! I want everyone to know so they can ask me about it and I will feel the pressure to be a success. No, I don't ever expect to be a stick because that isn't how my body is made and I am grateful for my curves. I want to be healthy and have lots of energy. I want to run a marathon next year...mark my words I WILL. I want to look good in clothes. I want to feel just plain sexy. And it starts today...so wish me luck!!

Tutorial

Okay u gringos I realize my children's names are a little hard on the tongue. I am going to give you a tutorial on how to say their names:
TATIANA- Both T's are hard and don't sound like D's. I sounds like an EE. A's sound like awesome not A as in apple. TA-TEE-ANA
ALILIA- In the week and half the girl has been alive we have heard all sorts of versions. A's as in awesome. I's are pronounced as EE. Think the song "Prince ALI" from Aladdin and add the English name Leia, Lea. ALEE-LEE-A
If you want something fun to try here are George's middle names. Komaisavai Mohekonokono. See people we weren't too extreme....

She's crafty...

This is just a few of the many handmade gifts I, or rather Alilia, received. I couldn't find my favorite blanket that is zebra and pink fuzz so I will have to take a pic of that later. I am so touched people took their time and money for me and my family. I am so AMAZED by the GOURMET dinners people have brought to my house. I think my husband is rethinking my whole Macaroni and cheese with toast dinner. I mean Sarah even put our food on dishes and served us. I love my single friends who brought me my comfort good of some good poly cookin'. Flowers, outfits, diapers, giftcards....We were really spoiled. I am so GRATEFUL!!! My heart is so full with gratitude.

Glorious

Today my sister took Tatiana all day and this is what I did. I sat my butt in front of the TV and made cards all day. It was so fun. I finally got to use all my new Stampin up stuff. It made me wonder what did I do when Tatiana was a newborn? Did I just have all the time in the world or what?

Alilia (alee-lee-a) Lisa Tupou was born July 10 at 5pm. I feel so blessed to have two great daughters. For how horrible this pregancy was the labor and delivery was a dream. I barely knew I was having contractions, I went to the hospital and they monitered them for two hours and then they put me in surgery and thirty minutes later I held my little angel. She only weighed 8 lbs and was 20 inches long but she looks so chubby in her photographs. Tatiana has been so great about the whole thing being very patient. I feel so much better already. I am very grateful to my Heavenly Father!
